I TITLE GENERAL ARRANGEMENTS

Article 1
He/it is created in accordance with the law N° 60-315 of September 21, 1960, a non Governmental Organization named NGO ACTIVE-COTE WOMAN OF ivoire(ofaci)

Article 2
The ong ACTIVE-COTE WOMAN OF IVORY to his/her/its seat in Abidjan-Adjamé 03 BP 117 Abidjans 03 ; the seat can be transferred in all other place on congressional decision.

Article 3
The NGO ong ACTIVE-COTE WOMAN OF IVORY has for objectives of :
- to fight for the promotion, and the protection of the person's rights more especially those of the woman
- to fight for emancipation political, economic and social of the young woman
- to fight for the deepening of the democracy
- to permit the diffusion of a culture of peace and sharing of the republican securities
- to be pronounced on all problems of societies
- to fight against illiteracy at the small girl
- to conceive and to put of it. uvre to the woman's profit while organizing them GVC in (Grouping to Cooperative Vocation)

II TITLE THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION

Article 4
Can. to be members of the NGO all women of various horizons sharing the same ideals.

Article 5
The quality of member of the association gets lost par :
- the resignation
- the exclusion
- the death

III TITLE THE ORGANS AND PROCESSES OF THE ONG

- The ordinary meeting
- The extraordinary meeting
- The Board of directors
- the local office

Article 7 : THE ORGANS
The convention
The convention is the supreme organ of the association :
- he/it defines the general politics of the association
- stops the program of action
- determines the ways and means for the mobilization, the framing, the formation and the social advancement of the members
- defines the financial politics of the association
- statute on all disciplinary measures
- appreciates the management moral and financial of the board of directors
- elects the chairwoman.
The convention meets every three years in plain session.

The ordinary meeting
She/it has grounds every year with the chairwomen of the local offices to make the balance

The extraordinary general assembly
She/it meets to debate urgent questions

Article 8 THE PROCESSES
The advice of administration
It is the ministerial organ of the NGO. He/it is the guarantor of the political line of the organization.
He/it convenes the convention, fix the dates, the place and the agenda.
He/it executes and makes execute the congressional resolutions.
He/it coordinates the activities defined by the convention for the whole structure.
He/it is composed of 16 members whose composition is the suivante :

One (1) chairwoman
One (1) vice chairwoman
One (1) secretary general
One (1) associate secretary
One (1) general treasurer
One (1) associate treasurer
Ten (10) technical commission chairwomen

The section
He/it is created in every circumscription administrative : under-prefecture or common, a section.
The objective is to frame the members of their locality. He/it looks after the application of instructions emanating the national office.
Every township is managed by an office of 15 members
comprenant :
One (1) Chairwoman
One (1) vice-president
One (1) secretary general
One (1) associate secretary general
Ten (10) technical commissions

Article 9
The objective of the section is to frame the members of their locality. He/it looks after the application of instructions emanating the board of directors.

IV TITLE FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

Article 10 RESOURCES
Resources of the organization are constituted par :
- the rights of adherence
- the contributions
- the subsidies
- the incomes of goods of the organization
- the products of the demonstrations
- the grants and bequests

TITLE V MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Article 11
The board of directors has alone, quality to treat the national questions of range by the national and international authorities.

Article 12
All representation of the organization must be elected duly by the board of directors.

Article 13
All correspondence must, to hire the association, to be signed either by the chairwoman. In case of absence of this one, the vice chairwoman assumes this responsibility.

MEANS OF ACTIONS

Article 14
To reach his/her/its objectives, the organization will use all modern means allowed by the law notamment :
- the conferences, the broadcast or broadcast public proceedings,
- the sessions of formations and information
- the stands on all topics or situations capable to have an impact on the harmony of the society (between the ethnic groups, the political parties, the religious groups.)

FINAL ARRANGEMENTS

Article 15
The adherence to the NGO carries away the engagement to conform to the present statute and the internal regulations.

Article16
The present statute can be amended during a convention. The quorum of ¾ of the members having more one year of seniority to the date of the convocation of the aforesaid convention.
